We’re a team of Licensed Therapist and Associate Clinical Social Workers who are all about creating a space where you can show up as your full, messy, beautiful self. Every therapist on our team is rooted in authenticity, empathy, and a deep belief in the power of connection and belonging. Our associates work under the close supervision of an experienced Licensed Therapist—so you’re always in good hands.

We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Your story, your stressors, and your goals are unique — so the way we work together should be too. At Conscious Connections Therapy, we use an integrative style that pulls from some of the most effective and well-researched approaches out there, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for shifting unhelpful thought patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for balancing emotions and relationships, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) for aligning life with your values, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you move toward change with practical, goal-oriented steps. We’ll also incorporate mindfulness, nervous-system regulation tools, and trauma-informed practices to help you feel grounded, supported, and actually see progress.

Our Services

Complimentary Consultation

Think of this as a no-pressure coffee chat (minus the coffee, unless you bring your own). In this 20-minute Zoom, you can share a bit about what’s been going on, what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and ask questions you might have. It’s also a chance for us to feel out the vibe— because finding the right therapist really matters. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll talk next steps. If not, no hard feelings—We’ll help point you in the right direction.

Individual Therapy

At Conscious Connections Therapy, we’re all about real talk, real growth, and real connection. Our therapists bring a warm, down-to-earth vibe and use a blend of evidence based-approaches tailed to you. That might look like a mix of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), client-centered, supportive, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based-strategies—because no one-size-fits-all here.

We currently offer:

Insurance & Out-of-Network Benefits
If you're using insurance or out-of-network benefits, sessions are 53 minutes long- this is the standard time allowed by insurance for what’s considered a “60-minute session” (yep, it’s confusing, but we’re just playing by their rules).

60- or 90- minute sessions for private pay clients who want a little more space to dive deeper.

Payment Info
Private pay and out-of-network clients will be asked to pay before each session, and we’re happy to provide a superbill so you can submit for possible reimbursement through your insurance.
